Logistics
I manage all vendor communication, bookings, building insurance requirements, and anything else that comes up as part of the move. As your single point of contact, I ensure every partner remains on track and accountable.

The Move
I lead the on-site team on packing and moving days to solve challenges instantly. After arrival, I manage the setup and final walkthrough to ensure a functional, turnkey office.
05.
Follow-Up Support & Design
I remain available for several weeks post-move to resolve space issues or handle minor adjustments. This is also when we can fine tune the feel of your space, adding decor and furniture as needed to create the best working environment for your team.
